We delivered a design-led residential AV fit-out for Kensington Loft Residence in London, integrating TV and living-room AV with discreet in-ceiling audio across the main entertaining spaces. Working alongside the interior package, we concealed cabling and equipment within joinery, keeping sightlines clean and the architecture uninterrupted. Commissioning was measurement-led, balancing coverage and tonal warmth so the system performs at low everyday levels and scales effortlessly for hosting. The brief was simple: reliable, elegant AV that feels invisible calm, connected and unmistakably premium.
