You are not a minor, or if you are, you have parental permission.
You will not use automated tools to access the Services.
You will not use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Your use will not violate any applicable laws.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information and to update it promptly. Sales tax may be added where required. Prices may change at any time. All payments are in Great British Pounds.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases and shipping fees. We may correct pricing errors even after requesting payment.
We may restrict or cancel orders in our sole discretion, including orders placed with the same account, payment method, or address. We may refuse orders that appear to be made by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Billing cycles are monthly.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. For questions, contact design@bpeaudio.co.uk.
Fee Changes
Subscription fees may change. We will notify you according to applicable law.
6. POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the Services for any purpose other than those we permit. You agree not to:
Extract data to create databases without permission
Mislead or defraud us or users
Circumvent security features
Damage or tarnish the Services
Harass or harm others
Misuse support services
Break laws
Engage in unauthorized framing or linking
Upload viruses or spam
Use bots or automated systems
Remove copyright notices
Impersonate others
Transmit spyware or passive tracking tools
Interfere with networks
Harass employees

8. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services may allow you to create or upload content (“Contributions”). When you do, you represent that:
Your Contributions do not infringe any third-party rights
You own them or have the necessary licences and permissions
You have consent for any identifiable individuals shown
Your Contributions comply with laws and these terms
